Applications are not approvals
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, funding, or any particular loan terms. Final terms are subject to review, verification, underwriting criteria, and applicable law.
Disclosures
The final service must display all required rate, fee, payment, authorization, adverse-action, credit-reporting, electronic-communications, and state-specific lending disclosures before an applicant submits or accepts an offer.
Account security
Applicants are responsible for keeping their application number and password confidential and for reporting suspected unauthorized access.
